During my time as FC BT Business, Luna was a very valued member of my team acting as the lead finance support for the BT Local Business Director and his leadership team. She was hardworking, very helpful (both to me and other team members) and enthusiastic and could always be relied upon to deliver to tight deadlines with a high degree of personal integrity.

BT Local Business was a new concept for BT (a franchise type arrangement for ‘locally based’ small businesses to trade on behalf of BT with a total turnover of £1.2bn). Luna built the financial business case providing expert financial modelling with high quality analysis including both risk assessments and mitigation strategies. She clearly demonstrated her strength in building relationships, especially with senior non-finance managers, through her presentation of a very complex model, leading to complete acceptance from the Director and his team even though timescales were extremely tight.
In addition, she built strong working relationships with the BTLB partners, devising a revised ‘commission structure’ that benefited both BT and the partners, enabling the latter to recruit more sales teams and thereby increase revenue.
Luna would always maintain her financial integrity even under pressure and was not afraid to identify risks and issues whilst still displaying supportive and collaborative behaviours. She was given a recognition award from the BTLB Director. I would have no hesitation in recommending Luna for future roles especially those with strong business partnering elements.
